Pricing questions
Is there a free version?
No. Every game or practice needs Pro, Pro+ Insights or the trial. The trial is 14 days on an annual plan and 7 days on monthly, once per customer.
What happens if I stop paying?
Tracking stops on the watch, every game you already have stays readable, and CSV export keeps working.
Is there a lifetime plan?
Pro+ Insights Lifetime is a one-time $129.99 purchase. The app offers it only after a subscription lapses.
Does Family Sharing work?
Yes, on every plan. On a child's watch, purchases go through Ask to Buy. Hockeywise is for players aged 13 and older.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings in the app and tap Manage subscription, or use your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
